These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Furfolk Club's Website, located at https://thefurfolkclub.com.

1. About these Terms

By using our site and placing orders, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be 18+ to purchase. Keep your login secure and update your details if they change.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline—for example if items are out of stock, there’s a pricing error, or fraud checks fail. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch.

4. Prices, currency & taxes

Prices are in Singapore Dollars (S$) and may change without notice. GST is applied where applicable.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You confirm you’re authorised to use the chosen method. We don’t store full card details.

6. Delivery (Singapore only)

Options and fees: Same-Day (S$20), Next-Day (S$15), Scheduled (S$15), Free ≥ S$150, Self Pick-Up (Free). Delivery time windows appear at checkout. If you authorise “leave at door/guard house,” delivery is deemed completed when placed as instructed. Re-delivery fees may apply for missed slots or wrong addresses.

7. Product information & use

We aim for accurate descriptions, but colours/batch sizing can vary. Our advice is not veterinary advice; consult your vet for medical issues.

8. Returns & refunds

9. Intellectual property

All logos, graphics, photos and text are our property or used with permission. Don’t reproduce without written consent.

10. User content

By posting reviews or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them for store operations and marketing. Don’t submit unlawful or infringing content.

11. Acceptable use

No scraping, reverse engineering, harmful code, or abuse of promo systems.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence or for wilful misconduct.

13. Privacy & communications

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. Marketing SMS/WhatsApp/calls will honour DNC preferences; marketing emails always include an unsubscribe.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

  • Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
